Our monthly consultation subscription is priced at $250 per month, payable in advance. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

• Subscription fees are charged monthly and automatically renewed unless cancelled
• All payments must be made in the currency specified (USD) through approved payment methods
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and Malaysian consumer protection laws

Either party may terminate the consultation relationship at any time with appropriate notice. Clients may cancel their subscription with 30 days written notice.

Upon termination, access to ongoing consultation services will cease, though completed consultations remain valid

Our consultation services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, and past performance does not indicate future results. Individual results may vary significantly based on market conditions and personal circumstances.

Financial planning involves risks and individual results may vary significantly

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Dextarionvela's total liability for any claims arising from consultation services shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our consultation services

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Dextarionvela harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of consultation services, violation of these terms, or any financial decisions made based on consultations.

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and efficiently through the following process

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts, specifically those located in Kuala Lumpur.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dextarionvela regarding consultation services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
